This year has been a bit of a blur all around…I know you’re probably with me on that! I usually plan my New Year’s Eve party inspiration plans well in advance, but I’ve been so busy helping clients get creative in planning their own safe holiday gatherings, that this year has snuck up on me! If it’s snuck up on you too, don’t worry. I still have some amazing party inspiration for you - these Mixed Metallic NYE ideas from some of my talented friends are glitzy, glamorous, and perfect for celebrations of any size.

Creative Amme
This setup from a collaboration between Creative Amme and Beijous Events focuses on bright silver, but includes pops of gold and mixes in some soft, pretty neutrals. I’m in love with the use of disco balls as decor, and all of the gorgeous florals. And how great are the signs? NYE is the perfect time to “let the good times roll”, and you’ll need a champagne bar that’s “open crazy late” for that!

Jollity & Co.
Another amazing use of disco balls as decor is in this NYE setup from Jollity & Co. It’s a more subtle take on the mixed metallic look, with an emphasis on gold against black and green, but the pops of silver in the disco balls and fringe in the backdrop really add dimension. And I love how the abundant greenery really brings so much freshness to this look. Also, aren’t those witty cocktail napkins are the best?

Parker Grace Events
Parker Grace Events used silver and gold, but added in some copper and a good amount of black for additional elegance. The black and gold astrological sign plates are such a fun and unique element, and I love how easily a glass of champagne can be elevated with a sparkling gold drink flag! But my favorite part of this setup has to be the fringe backdrop. It not only mixes metallic colors, but also utilizes a variety of different textures and patterns to create a show-stopping scene perfect for photo ops.

Fern and Maple
Speaking of elegance, I am blown away by this Mixed Metallic NYE table setting from Fern and Maple! Adding in cream colored roses and a marbled table cover gives an extra luxurious feel to it all. I’m loving the use of vintage time pieces as the perfect New Year’s Eve decor. Let the countdown to midnight begin! Gold, silver, and copper confetti popper wands bring some fun for when midnight strikes, and cards with stylish black and gold envelopes allow guests to write and save their New Year’s resolutions.
What do you think? Are you as inspired by these beautiful setups as I am? I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments below!
But, if you’re feeling a bit more colorful this year, check out my past two years’ NYE parties. I based each of them on the Pantone color of that new year, and they’re sure to keep spirits bright!
